Cancellation Policy

Sugar & Silk Policies Thank you for choosing Sugar & Silk. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and these policies help ensure every guest receives the highest level of care and service. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Booking Policy A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise stated for promotions or deposits. Appointments are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation. Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future booking privileges. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may have their service shortened or may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to safely complete the service. Late arrivals that require rescheduling will be treated as a late cancellation and may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee. Deposit Policy Certain appointments, packages, or promotional services may require a non-refundable deposit of $30 at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your appointment total but will be forfeited if you cancel outside of the cancellation policy or fail to attend your appointment. Refund Policy Due to the nature of professional esthetic services, all services are final and non-refundable. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact Sugar & Silk within 48 hours so we can discuss an appropriate solution. Unused retail products may be eligible for exchange within 14 days, provided they are unopened and in their original condition. Guest Policy To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure the comfort of all guests, only clients receiving services are permitted in the treatment room. Unless prior arrangements have been made, we kindly ask that children and additional guests not accompany you to your appointment. Health & Safety Please inform your esthetician of any medications, allergies, skin conditions, recent cosmetic procedures, or health concerns before your appointment. Certain services may need to be postponed if it is not safe to proceed. Sugar & Silk will not be help responsible for any adverse reactions from treatments if ALL medications and home products are not fully disclosed at the time of service. Waxing Preparation For the best results: • Hair should be approximately ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice). • Avoid retinoids, Accutane, chemical peels, or excessive sun exposure before your appointment. • Please notify your esthetician if you are using prescription skincare products. Payment Sugar & Silk accepts major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and other accepted electronic payment methods. Payment is due at the completion of your appointment.
